I teach online via Messenger, WhatsApp or Zoom as well as in person.  Each session involves a detailed consultation and poses are adapted to your individual needs. You will leave the session energised and with something new to take into your life on the yoga mat and beyond.

Discover Fo rrest Yoga

Forrest Yoga was invented by a visionary named Ana Forrest in response to the challenges of her own modern life in the United States. The system brings game-changing innovation to the traditional practices of yoga, including:

Ana Forrest broke her back at one point in her career, and this has shaped Forrest Yoga as it now is, with plenty of emphasis on mobility in the spine and moves within the asanas that protect and strengthen the abdominal region and protect the lower back.

Special Needs

I’m qualified to teach yoga to children with special needs of all kinds: I studied with Jo Manuel at Special Yoga London.

Special Yoga is a modified type of Hatha Yoga with particular emphasis on gently rekindling healthy breathing patterns and awakening the digestive system. It also promotes focus, self-awareness and core stability.

I’ve taught children with special needs for many years and I have come to believe that the skills within yoga are some of the most useful and relevant for being a special individual in this hectic world.
